Jay Kirby of Troubadour Ltd. to serve as Charter Member of Cisco Advisory Board

HOUSTON, TX (10/17/2002) —Jay Kirby, Sales Manager at Troubadour Ltd., will be serving for the next year on the Cisco Commercial Channel Advisory Board (CCAB), an exclusive panel of Cisco channel partners who will help steer Cisco Systems into the future.
The CCAB consists of 30 top Cisco Channel Partners in the U.S. and Canada who will meet semi-annually with Cisco Executive and Product teams to discuss and shape Cisco’s future product and technology solution directions. The purpose of the CCAB is to four-fold:
    Understand and shape Cisco’s future strategy in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market
    Directly influence Cisco’s future products and solutions for the SMB market
    Communicate issues with other CCAB members and identify solutions
    Discuss SMB issues with senior Cisco executives
Mr. Kirby has been active in the Cisco channel for over nine years and has consistently generated several million dollars in business each year offering Cisco solutions.
